1) Spend time daily strengthening my spirit to fuel my core values. Pray, meditate and read the scriptures. Review my progress and gaps- realign and recommit! (Sounds like the gospel plan to me)
2) Connect weekly with my family- they are the ones that matter most to me!
3) Be present- strategically plan activities in the day and be in the moment. Prioritize where time/energy is spent.
4) Develop a daily exercise plan adding engery to fuel other areas.
